เรือพระที่นั่งนารายณ์ทรงสุบรรณ หรือเรือพระที่นั่งนารายณ์ทรงสุบรรณรัชกาลที่ ๙ (แปลว่า พระนารายณ์ประทับทรงครุฑ) เป็นรือพระที่นั่งที่ถูกสร้างขึ้นในรัชสมัยของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ซึ่งวางกระดูกงูเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 1994 และสร้างโดยกองทัพเรือและกรมศิลปาการ นำขึ้นระวางเมื่อวันที่ ๖ พฤษภาคม ค.ศ. 1996 ในพระราชพิธีกาญจนาภิเษก (เฉลิมฉลองการเสด็จขึ้นครองราชย์ของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวครบ ๕๐ พรรษา)
The Royal Barge Narai Song Suban Ratchakan Thi Kao or The Royal Barge Narai Song Suban HM King Rama IX ("God Narayana on his carrier, Garuda") is the only barge built during the reign of Bhumipol Adulyadej, who laid the keel in 1994, it was built under commission by the Royal Thai Navy and the Thai Department of Fine Arts and was launched May 6, 1996 to coincide with the celebration of Bhumibol Adulyadej's Fiftieth Anniversary of his accession to the throne.

Excitement filled the air. The Royal Barge Procession was once again making its majestic journey, showcasing the grandeur of Thailand’s royal heritage. Among the many magnificent barges was one that stood out for its striking appearance and profound symbolism—the Royal Barge Narai Song Suban. Young Natee, who had previously been fascinated by the Royal Barge Suphannahong, eagerly searched the procession for another vessel his grandfather had told him about. “Grandfather,” he asked, pointing toward a splendid barge approaching in the distance, “is that the Narai Song Suban?” His grandfather nodded with a smile. “Yes, indeed. That is the Royal Barge Narai Song Suban, one of the most remarkable royal barges in Thailand. Its name means ‘Narayana Riding Garuda,’ a powerful symbol drawn from ancient Hindu mythology, which has long been woven into Thai royal traditions.” As the barge drew closer, Natee could clearly see its magnificent bow. The figure of Garuda, the mythical king of birds, spread its wings majestically above the water.
